Are they correct for that company and its employees? Are there are a large enough range of interventions? Are they there at the time people need them? In order to achieve this, you set up a running club and expect everyone to attend it. It wouldn\u2019t take long to work out where this would fall over (and I can back this up with my dislike of running!). If there were a range of programs, for example team sports, cycling, swimming, etc. then this would be more effective. In order to see <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">what employees wanted<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, you would start to track basic data such as staff surveys towards type of activities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It always amazes me that people seem to get this straight away, yet when it comes to mental <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">health,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> they go about this in an entirely different manner<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, and this is where the \u2018mindfulness training for all\u2019 approach appears. Do staff like them? Companies can select strategic interventions for upcoming periods, including board level reports, and begin to test new theories using a data driven approach<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">;\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">for example what happens if we trial 2 versions of an event, one in the morning and one in the evening.
